I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were pleasant. The room was a decent size, modern and included a safe, central heating, and coffee/tea making equipment. The breakfast was sensational with good coffee, the location was perfect. Location: the hotel was short walk to a train station, trains running and tram. Everything was simply brand-new.

As a budget traveler, I loved the free parking and the option to leave my bike outside. the hotel's convenient location near the border with Switzerland allowed me to easily explore Basel and its attractions. the clean and spacious rooms, along with the comfortable bed, made for a pleasant stay. the breakfast, with its fresh bread, was satisfying, and there were also various nearby restaurants to choose from.
Felt very relaxed, no reason to complain.

The Base I Hotel in Lorrach was a pleasant surprise with its clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice balcony. The free parking and convenient location near the Swiss border were also great perks. The friendly receptionist even provided a free train ticket to Basel, making transportation easy and affordable. the breakfast was satisfactory with fresh breads and a good variety of options. it was a strategic and enjoyable stay.
It was all superb.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The receptionist provided me with a free train ticket to explore the neighboring city. The parking was convenient as I could leave my bike and car safely there. The fresh bread offered for breakfast was appetizing, and the room was clean and had a small balcony where I could enjoy the fresh air.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, as well as the rooms with a balcony at the back, which offered a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

base i hotel in lorrach exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon. the modernized room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony. the breakfast offered a variety of fresh bread and other delicious options. the staff was friendly and even provided us with a free train ticket to basel. we loved the convenient location, close to the border with switzerland.
Balcony was missing.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase in Lorrach, and it provided a convenient location for my business needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered stable WIFI and clean rooms.
The only service that I missed for my work was the lack of a business center or a dedicated workspace in the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Base I! The staff were pretty good too make our visit enjoyable, even lending us their own umbrella when it rained. The stable WIFI and clean room were also great bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located for those attending the Basel fair, with trains running nearby and public transport available to take you to the city center in just 20 minutes. tram 6 towards Messe Basel is close by. the rooms are clean and come with all necessary amenities, with some even featuring a balcony. the breakfast is adequate and the staff is polite and helpful.
The hotel could improve on its check-in process and provide clearer information about charges and payment methods.
